Litigation/Alternative Dispute Resolution

Our attorneys engage in advocacy in each of the firm's substantive areas of practice before the Courts of Common Pleas, Municipal Courts, the Federal District Courts throughout the State and other alternative dispute resolution forums, such as arbitration and mediation. Our representation includes providing services to plaintiffs and defendants in the legal process, as well as undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolve such matters prior to and during litigation.
