Staff - Kevin M. Butler
Kevin M. Butler, an Associate with Joseph B. Jerome and Associates, is a 2001
graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and received his undergraduate degree
in journalism from Miami University in 1997. His practice is focused on general
commercial and consumer litigation and related advocacy matters. Mr. Butler has
experience in the areas of partnership disputes, fraud claims, wrongful termination
and employment litigation, landlord-tenant matters and general contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, he was in private practice and served as the staff
attorney to Judge Daniel Gaul of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas,
representing the court in its aggressive management and resolution of hundreds of
unique civil lawsuits filed annually.
